EvAI and AI Processing
If your organization enables EvAI, the agent may process prompts, business records, knowledge-base content, customer support messages, live-chat transcripts, and tool results that an authorized user or scoped integration makes available to it.
When your organization connects a third-party AI provider key, we send the minimum request context needed to answer or act on the EvAI request to that selected provider. Third-party providers have their own privacy, retention, security, billing, and model training policies. Rallip cannot guarantee that third-party providers will not use submitted data according to their own policies.
When your organization uses an Rallip-hosted model, the request is processed on Rallip-controlled infrastructure. We do not use your business data, prompts, knowledge-base content, customer support conversations, or EvAI responses to train AI models unless you give us separate explicit permission.
